Through our data-driven testing process, we build a clear picture of what channels, advertisements, audiences, creative, landing pages and emails perform best, and as a result - create sustainable growth for our clients.

Growth Strategist

After two-week of onboarding you’ll be introduced to your client accounts as their dedicated Growth Strategist and primary point of contact. You will get to own the strategic relationship, defining as a growth consultant roadmaps and being able to oversee the actual implementation and results from your visions. You’ll be working directly with founders and senior managers from startups to enterprises - including an expert technical operations team that you'll be paired with. The work environment is demanding and fast-paced by virtue of that, and commensurately rewarding and collaborative.

As an experienced growth marketer, we’ll expect you to help junior members of the team when possible, speak publicly on behalf of Ladder at events and contribute to our popular blog to grow your personal brand.

THE POSITION

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

At least 4 years’ experience in digital marketing roles at fast-growing companies.

Comfortable with data analysis, including learning new technology. 

Capacity for critical thinking and employing the strategy to map out and reverse engineer client account funnels in order to create a better understanding of defining winning strategy.

Driving business growth for an array of client accounts by helping to find, establish and deliver growth strategy blueprints that take into account a 360 degree view of the business.

Project management and collaboration with your technical marketing operations team.

Experience in all aspects of digital marketing (PPC, SEO, CRO, CRM).

Experience with standard tools and platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager).

Past agency experience is a plus, but having experience with full-funnel analysis across an array of business types is most advantageous.

A proven track record of delivering measurable growth through marketing.

We only hire, promote and tolerate fully formed adults. We don’t have time for micromanagement, nor do we want to work with people who need it. Dress code is informal, working hours are flexible and we don’t have strict rules about chain of command. Most decisions are yours to make, though we’re there to offer support if you need it. We ask you to operate in the best interests of the company, and trust we’re operating in your best interests wherever economically possible.

We will often pay for team lunches on special occasions / dinner if we’re working late. We host regular happy hours, game nights and other team events. All of our offices have good transport links, free coffee and great lunch options nearby. If you want to work from home, just give your team the courtesy of a day’s notice. If you want to work from home a little more permanently, we’ll do what we can to make that happen.
